Jaybird headphones are the in-ear style, and the only ones that worked for me (well I tried 2 kinds and the other one didn't work).

Yeah, that's the thing with headphones for a bike - they have to be the sealing kind of you'll have awful wind noise problems.

If you don't want to seal both ears you can always just use them in one ear, leaving one ear free.
