I have this information from "A Highest Authority":
"...the serial number 09258 corresponds to a 64cm Masi Nuova Strada that left the paint shop 7/8/89 bound for Colorado Cyclist. It was indeed built by Billato, as were all the Nuova Strada and Corsa Strada frames."

But I still want to ID the tube set. Does anybody have access to a '89-'90 catalog (Torelli?) that would?
No spirals, even in the steerer tube, but no "R" on the BB that would ID it as Reynolds.
During my search-fest in June, I remember finding references to the early Torelli Masis being a pretty good selection of Reynolds tube.
