Yup! I hate these racks, I have a rear rack and a front porter rack. There is no way for me to get my frame and wheel in there to lock. I have seen people do weird stuff like lifting one wheel over the top.

Anyway that rack style is my least fave. I have never had a bike that can go securely in there.
