Bikes: Motobecane Fantom Cross; Cannondale Supersix replaced the Giant TCR which came to an untimely death by truck

an hour in the gym, 6.5 miles of ru**i*g and then 2 1/2 hours of Tree Stand Sitting (TSS?)
