I ride fulcrum 1 racing wheels and hubs and have had good luck with them over the years. Today though I noticed the front wheel not turning well, obvious resistance. The tire and wheel is free from brake pads, frame and brake calipers. No obvious contact points. When removed the wheel spins fine, It is only when placed in fork and the lever closed. If my spare wheel, same type and tire, is used to replace it there is no problem.. Any ideas?
