I orders 4 gaterskin tires on Sept 6 and the order was shipped on Sept 8 or a little over a week ago. I have read that most people here in the USA receive their order in a few days. I logged into my account and it says there is no tracking available.
So yesterday, I used the Contact US link on their website and made an inquiry. I did not get a response, not even an automatic response.
So today I sent an email to the sales email address that appeared on my shipment email. Again, I have received no response.
Is this typical of Ribble and Should I wait longer for the package?

The longest I have waited is 10 calendar days. I made my last order on a Monday, it shipped on Thursday, arrived on Saturday, but I picked it up from the post office on Monday because they wouldn't leave it.
You should call on Monday.
