Friday, Rowan and I walked to the beach and back.

Saturday, we went for a 50 km bicycle ride.

Sunday, we went to the gym.

And there were other people out doing the same sorts of things too.

In fact, around here, quite a lot of people walk ... to the shops, to the beach and back, as part of their commute, or wherever they're going.
