Yes, that's the station featured in 'The Finest Hours'', a poor film about a great story.

GG 44301 is the gate guard, the first production 44 footer and the last in service before being retired in the early 2000s.

The north Atlantic starts here. It looks very different in February with 50 kt winds blowing.
