Did living car free for a while make that any more or less difficult? Obviously you got a lot of exercise during your commuting and errands. Did that mean you didn't need to 'top it up' as much with dedicated exercise time? Or did it mean you had to spend more time on non cardio/aero exercise to meet your goals?
