Maybe ,
Avid may design the ears of their caliper, assuming the washer pairs ( that are the same as V brake pads use ) Thickness .

Using them on Tektro Calipers the pads may not hit the disc as well, because they, a competing Company, did not foresee that added thickness ,
maybe use 1 size smaller adapter (ISO to postmount) a larger disc .. or dont use the V washer pairs at all .
