I know this is an old thread. But just want to get the word out about my experience with bh. Stay away.. nothing but bad experience with them. Had carbon delamination on my ultimate MTB around cable guides and was denied warranty. Told it was my fault. From trying to contact someone at bh to taking parts off frame and shipping to bh and being denied took about a month. Never got to even to talk to anyone. Just the worst experience with any bike company I ever had.
Where'd you buy the bike from?
The shop I go to most often sells BH and a lot of my friends ride their road bikes. They've all been thrilled with the bikes.
I'd imagine if you had a local dealer with a BH rep/contact, they could have handled this for you. Was your shop completely unhelpful?
