Yeah, lots of times. Not always just hills, sometimes on flats too. It's really not that hard to get your feet back into cages. Clipless on the other hand, haven't tried.

For cages, you just gotta get your feet on the opposite side of the pedal. Once your feet are on there, you're legs are spinning in rhythm with the pedals, and you just slowly turn them over with your toe and wiggle in.
