And you simply don't know until after the fact.
Exactly how it's done where/when the bike is assembled, I don't know.
But since I've bought OEM packed brakes bled and ready to be mounted, I assume that it's the same thing when the bike is built up.
I'd assume that some stages of the assembly of the calipers and levers are done by humans, and then it's always possible that things aren't torqued right, or cross-threaded, or a sealant/thread lock left out.
But again, most hydro brakes are very reliable and low maintenance. I wouldn't shy away from one that easily.
Would u ask them to pull from another new box, and replace? Or let them refill, and see how things go?
