I would try to work out with the seller for a few bucks back. Decide what # would make you feel better, maybe $50 or so. I personally wouldn't sweat the shifters as I'm still not clear on the finer distinctions of the ergo shifters despite the dozen or so different sets I've owned. The RD would bug me.
I wouldn't open a dispute unless the seller makes no effort to keep you happy.
