Well the Roll Sport was already on my radar, and it was recommended by some local folks with no commission or other stake in my purchase or non-purchase. But then as I tried a few other models, it was honestly difficult to get my leg over the top bar since I have pretty short legs. The low entry model of the Roll Sport made that a lot easier. Also, while it is a comfort bike (or "Fitness bike", as Specialized calls this one), per se, it has the ability to do more than just a leisurely stroll. I found it very easy to ride, and enjoyed the gearing that it uses. The "he is the one who has to ride it" comment/attitude came across as a real Debbie Downer.
