Private Parts sore the last 2 rides
The problem is I feel like I have gotten squished in the middle the last 2 rides. This thread is not meant to be a joke thread or anything. But I read that when you are too low, you put more tension in your private parts. My bike is very upright, but I have been leaning over lately because I feel like I'm getting stronger and able to stay in a lower position for longer periods of times. Is that what is causing me to feel the pain? I'm wearing the same bike shorts that I have always worn. But I'm trying to think of things I can do to negate this problem because it's becoming annoying.
