Bianchi Limited, early 90's?

I got this nice Bianchi. One owner, before me, he said he bought the bike around 90...91.
Big frame, 25" probably. Interested what year it is and the resale value.
In my opinion is around 300$.
Shimano 600 group.
Needs new cables, bar tape, seat, cleaning of course and tires.
What is your opinion, guys?
