The Satori cannot be controlled by software such as Zwift, so I would avoid that one.
As for inertia, the more the better basically (more 'realistic road like feel'.) Max brake power is how hard you'll be able to dial it up before the trainer cannot offer any more resistance. So if you're planning to do some full-out sprint training on it you might want a higher number. There is also the max simulated incline which is probably a bit more self-explanatory.
