Using the principle that misery loves company, I'll say that I'm in the same situation on a few SunTour Winner freewheels. I've got cheater bars attached to my non-Park chainwhips, applied PB Blaster, waited weeks, and still can't get the dang small cogs off of the body.

Fortunately, it falls into the category of "problems that can be put off indefinitely", so that's what I've done. I'll be watching to see what other ideas come up.
