did you read about the guy who recently had a bear encounter in montana? it was pretty insane. he lived, but he was attacked multiple times. he thought he was golden after surviving the first round, only to have the bear come back.

it's a pretty crazy read. i'll see if i can find it and link to it.

my wife is paralyzed by fear w/r/t bears. grizzlies have also been extending their turf here and we're now in grizzly country.
