The NOS Cinelli 1A stem is quite rare, being the French 22mm diameter size (instead of the more common 22.2mm diameter neck).
I know it is French sized because it has that drilled on divot on the stem neck, right above quill slot end.
Only thing that might suppress its current market value is the very long 130mm extension, which not many people need for their bikes.
