which is rated for 36T, and is compatible with 10 speed road indexed shifters - but not mountain 10 speed indexed shifters.

The Tiagra 4700 rear shifter/RD are 10 speed road bike parts, but don't have the same cable pull ratio as the 9 speed Deore RD in the link. Other 10 speed Shimano road rear shifters would be compatible with that RD, but not 4700 Tiagra.
