Another for just giving them a call. It was really enjoyable working with them when ordering my R240. Ask for Jack Kopeski.
They were really responsive through email as well, especially through my indecision (I was stuck between the Sportive, the R255, the R240 and the R360). For me, the R240 seemed like the best balance of all worlds. Not fantastic in any one area, but an excellent all-around bike for long solo rides, to local dirt roads, to some competition. I love it.
