The crankset & wheelset on the Gazzetta complete are crap. If you're looking for a complete steel bike in the $900ish price range, the All-City Big Block is a much better choice.
I'm not necessarily stuck at that budget, but I thought it was worth the ask. The Big Block looks okay, but I would still need to replace parts. It lacks brakes and a freewheel, for starters. I'll probably just shop for a frame.
