Help to Remove Brake Cable - ULTEGRA 6800

So I have a pair of ST-6800 that came from my other bike. I'm going to use it to upgrade my 105 on another. First time trying to do it myself as well.

As I was installing it, had no problems with first one and is now already mounted on the handle bar. Left side I couldn't remove the cable. On close inspection, I can see that it looks like that the casing that holds the end of the cable is not aligned with hole that's why I can't remove the cable. Anyway to fix this?
