castelli diluvio works in those temps. it's neoprene, so it stays warm by trapping in a bit of moisture, yet it has good grip and keeps moisture out. if you're riding for 3+ hours in warm-ish conditions, you might get clammy.

i like those & the shoe covers. you need to turn 'em inside-out to dry after rides.
