Good tips BTW: esp. the raised bed concept and the shallow aluminum pan. I was using a dishwashing basin, but the gunk really stuck to it and took a lot more Simple Green and elbow grease to scrub it off.

Turpentine; okay. But I used to use that for painting and put it in glass jars all the time. Bad idea?
