It's hard to tell much from the poor, small pictures but it's equipped like a 2nd from the bottom of the line, mass produced, boom era, Italian bicycle. Typically those had a lot of chrome but this one doesn't. At least it uses rear brake cable clips, as opposed to stops but those are some really blockish looking fork dropouts.
