ok, sorry to every1. But as I have stated, I have taking it to the LBS TWICE. He has tried all of the things and it still wont budge. If these ferules werent in, I would do all in my power to build a bike. The comments about me not having enough money isnt an issue. I would be saving for as long as it took to build this bike. I really wish this situation with the ferules is non existant. Than I wouldnt have a problem. BUT THE SELLER DIDNT SPECIFY IN THE DESCRIPTION ABOUT THIS. This is quite shady. And the fact that he didnt use the things he himself suggested is also something to question. I do take it to heart not being taken serious on BF because i don sepnd alot of time here. Im telling you from everything that is my being, that it isnt the lack of money or nething like that. And its not like I willl visit ebay again, ive had enough.
