It is a braze-on front derailleur. First I tried to turn the support bolt, but the front derailleur wont turn more left (clockwise). The front derailleur will only turn counter-clockwise. When I have the bike in the lowest gear, the chain is rubbing against the front derailleur. The low-screw wont turn more outwards than I have it now.

I think my only solution right now is to try to bend the front derailleur or moving the crankset more to the right?
