Sixteen plus is great! That means you were probably well above that at times to average out the slower turns or stops at intersections.
I usually get headwind on my way home and I have been getting just above 15MPH. So no wind definitely helped.
Really wanted to bike commute today but raining with 15MPH wind is not definitely day for bike commute.
