I mailed mine the other day, then I got a second one in the mail (I vote absentee), plus I have a ballot I could print off. I will be honest and only cast one vote though.

There hasn't been much cycling for me other than to the park with kids, in some of those huge rains we had last weekend, we got drenched in our full rain gear but still had fun. The slide was super fast and the boy loved it.

I did get into the ocean when the family took a trip with friends to Tofino. Due to medical limits I didn't surf this year. The boy had a great time boogie boarding, and I hope that next year we will stay for the week and I can get into the water without concern for the leg. The group we went with are all highly educated, other than kids, I was the least educated with two bachelors and a maters degree.

I had a job interview last week and I am waiting to hear from them. I should be a shoe in with my science background. But all I can do is wait. At least I got the interview, a friend has been in the same boat, no schools are hiring subs.
