Yes, I occasionally talk to my self on the bike. The most awesome people I know all talk to themselves. But I would rather spend my bike ride talking to God. He's a much better listener and what better place to have a mountain top experience than on a mountain bike.
You're right, time spent with the Higher Power is certainly better than spinning my own hamster wheel of despair, that's for sure.
