I just came back from a 50 mile ride and surprisingly I didn't struggle all that much. I did not eat anything through out the whole ride. I averaged 15.4 mph which by my standards is an improvement from before. I'm not sure if it was the way I fueled up, In the morning for breakfast I ate a whole vegie pizza and for lunch I ate rice and vegetables along with two cans pop which is about 24oz. After the ride I was not even hungry at all, I could have went at least another 15-20 miles. I only felt my legs burning but I assume that is normal for the ride I did. The odd thing is that two days ago I attempted to do a 30 mile ride but was so weak and fatigued that i only managed to finish 19 miles of it at a very slow pace.
