Campy had used a slightly different pad/shoe fit spec then Shimano and it's clones for years. Buy the pads from a place that you can either bring the shoes to before paying (like your LBS) or a place you can easily return the pads to if you chose wrong. Amongst other pad manufactures, Kool Stop indicates which fit standard a pad set is made for. Andy.
