Are your brake pads in holders? If so, and if those holders are original to the bike, my guess would be the Kool Stop C89 series. Kool Stop's web site states, "Our C89 Series insert pad was designed to fit in CampagnoloŽ 8 and 9 speed group systems."

If you don't have a decent shop nearby, Kool Stop C89's are about seven or eight bucks a pair online, so it wouldn't break the bank to order 'em and see if they're compatible.
