Bikes: A few...

Most of my bikes are 27". I had also just bought a new set of wheels from somewhere (I can't remember where - but it wasn't Niagara or Bikewagon, even though the empty box is out in the attic of the barn)... Sealed bearing hubs (with the rear hub taking a freewheel!), 36 stainless spokes, polished 27x1" Sun M13II rims - as an upgrade to the slightly tweaked and corroded-spoke wheelset that was on the Univega Viva Sport when I bought that a few years ago... At $115 shipped for the pair, that was a no-brainer! I'll probably get another set for my old Fuji one of these days as well.

Buying used 30-40 year old 27" wheelsets is an iffy proposition!
