I will say i've only had one issue with a Garmin product and that was with my 920XT watch.. Garmin customer support was top notch!
I use a Fenix 3 watch, it's mostly the same software as the 920XT, but in a round body. I love it. It's not as great for cycling as the Edge units are, but it isn't far behind; obviously much better for running though.
Also love the data from the HRM-Run.
