can't ID a specific model, but according to the decal it should be Columbus SL or SP (what size seatpost?) and seems to have Prugnaut lugs (EDIT: in the CR Main site that style lug may be a cast item made for Rossin in the style of a Prugnaut) so for $68 you stole it despite the scratches and lacking fork. Make sure the fork wasn't tossed cause the bike was front-ended: check for any ripples near the headlug sockets.
The paint plus single WB bosses and that style of decal probably places this in the early-to-mid-eighties and I'd weight it toward the "early" end, but somebody with better researching skills may get it closer.
Check the brake bridge for a Ten Speed Drive "little rider" panto, tho I have a feeling this might pre-date the TSD import era.
Another EDIT: similar paint/graphics shown on a purported 1980's frame, but that "Ghibli" has fancier details to yours, may be about the same year, tho.
