I was ignoring the "correction" but since you ask, here's what I said in response to someone suggesting that you might need a post with more setback, and the "correction".

You might notice that the correction doesn't follow the statement, possibly because the post wasn't read completely or correctly.

I didn't say the saddle doesn't move back with height. That's obvious with non-vertical seat tubes. What I did say is that the seat post is in line with the seat tube, so the saddle position is the same, whether the height is achieved with a long post on a short frame or the reverse. So what was said in the "correction" was true, but non-relevent to my post or your decision about whether an inch or so is going to make a difference.

So, read ALL the words and, if necessary, draw a sketch then decide for yourself.
