The price is just way too high this basically a $200-250 bike including shipping. As for the parts you can't tell from the description and pics what the most valuable ones the crankset and DR's are. They look to be Suntour and Sugino not Campy as described, the shifter's are lesser Suntour, so not a tone of value on resale so not a tone of value on resale really only $150 or so for everything.
