I'm using the rollers since two weeks , weather was not that great and i've also a bit og jet lag.
With the rollers i'm using my fixed bike simulating the spinbike's training and here how i train myself.
1- 5 Min of stretching, basically i focus more on calf and quadriceps.
2- I start 5 min with a low roller's resistance and high cadence.
3- i start the real training by setting the roller's resistance at 3 (is almost like climbing).
4- when my force start to end i move to the initial roller's cadence and i recover a bit.
5- I start again for the last minutes the climbing resistence.
6- before ending the training session i move back to the low resistance.
7- more stretching and an huge shower.
Also i need to tell , that i'm using almost all day my computer for many reason (study,work, and why not for whatch a movie or some music).
I really don't know the reason of this pain , and here start the reason of this tread.
Do you think are the rollers the problem?
Or maybe the sitting posture?
