I don't think I've ever sold a C-dale road bike for less than $300, even my never judged clunker challenge entry pre black lightning with 105. Also, Sora STI bikes trade for low $300s all the time.

Fenders are worth some money, along with installation of same. I would say FMV is around $450 +/- 10%, including the Cannondale brand premium.
