Wut? Obviously you could ride to the GAP, but PGH is nearly 950 miles away by highway. Would likely be longer via a bike-friendly route. The southern terminus of the PB trail is nearly 800 mile away (And the trail is not 200+ miles. Neither is the GAP).
As for trains, check out Amtrak's system map. It's available on line, you know.
