Oh no doubt I should have made the bike bigger. But in all other ways its really perfect for me (which is kind of rare due to my dimensions) . Before I cut my foot in half and gained 100+ pounds waiting to be able to walk again, the seat post was never a problem. If I'd seen those frames where the seat tube extends above the top tube with an extra tube gusset supporting it, I'd probably have built it that way, but I had never seen that then.

I'd be the first to admit I'm too attached to this bike. Once I find the time and access to tooling to make another one this one can be put to pasture. Till then, I ride it twice a day minimum.
