WHEN you freeze frame right after the black car goes off screen, the first frame shows 100% the dofuss is on the DRIVER side of the windshield. While the car is in the Center of the lane. If he was properly FRAP, the driver would have seen him in time to swerve or maybe miss the bike entirely. The Truth is, he was hiding 4 feet from the bus, making swerving IMPOSSIBLE. Yah his back pack saved his sorry a$$. The LAB certainly DOES spout the mantra of FORCING full lane change, going all way to the other lane if necessary, thereby ALSO infringing on the 3 ft rule of cars in that lane.
