38 degrees this morning, very humid but no wind. I went for a five mile run before I hopped on the bike, which was both good and bad. Good because I need the exercise. Bad because I got very sweaty during the run and once I was riding the wind chill was quite cold.

Batteries on my rear blinky unexpectedly went dead right on the busiest part of my commute. I happened to notice it when I glanced behind me at a stop light. It was still dark out so I rode paranoid for a mile or so until I got to a less traveled side street I could take.
