Yes, I have seen plenty of nice bikes with turkey levers. I never associate this with cheap bikes. While not quite Paramount pricey, my all chrome '80 Voyageur 11.8 with turkey levers is far from cheap low end. To be honest the primary levers where why I ditched them for new levers.
