Looking for something to work with a super kludged Stumpjumper drop bar.

Currently using LX derailleurs 7 speed rear, triple front. That rear may change to an 8 speed as I might go from 26" wheelset to a 700c tubular / X rubber.

Lastly, by chance would anyone know if these levers have enough travel for 90's era cantilever brakes?
