Most 9-sp STI's will go both double and triple, but there are some clearly labeled triple. I'm not exactly sure which, but it may be the Sora. Almost every Tiagra group I've seen was triple in that era, but that doesn't mean they're all triple. Someone here will chime in. Tiagra was all about touring back then.
